Visitor Centre and Cafe

Our café

Our family friendly cafe, run by xxxxxxx serves serves great tea and coffee, homemade cakes, light snacks and hot meals.

Fresh sandwhiches are made on site everyday and if you're an early riser (and maybe a morning dog walker?) pop in for a crispy bacon or breakfast roll made with locally baked bread.

Pontefract Castle's signature chocolate cake is a real treat; team it up with a steaming hot cup of Yorkshire Tea or freshly ground coffee.

Seasonal produce takes pride of place with fresh crisp salads in the summer and tasty home made soup in the colder months.

There's plenty on offer for children too with mini lunches, fruit and treats for hungry tiddlers and breast and bottle feeding parents are most welcome.

We are open xxxxxxxxx to xxxxxxxxx
